I was diagnosed with Reiters in '91, also triggered by a knee injury. I've had bad reactions to most of the medications prescribed to me (nsaids, naprosyn and prednisone), so I just rely on Advil or Tylenol for those times when the pain is unbearable.

I seem to have episodes where I will get all the symptoms, almost like a breakout of sorts. My hands and feet will start peeling and aching and my eyes will start to bother me, finally ending up with conjunctivitis.

This has been a particularly bothersome year. I seem to be in alot of pain lately. My podiatrist suggested going back to the rheumatologist to see if we can try some new medications, but I haven't as yet.

I know I haven't helped much, but I guess I'm in the same boat - looking for help!
