I think I know what you mean "not in the game." I somewhat want to be in the game, not sidelined. I been disabled since 1994 in September. I've come a long way since then, I’d say. I am a closed-head injury (tbi) victim, which caused me to be a left-side hemiplegia, like a stroke victim. Only my injury derived from a auto accident. The driver ran a stop sign from the right plus he was drinking. He hit my car, and I was thrown out of the car across median.

I'm not sure what you mean on diversity, but, I do want to work, even part-time, live as independent as possible and able to use what freedom I have and use my abilities. I am trying to pursue getting out of the nursing home scenario. I understand the public worry about the responsibility of a disabled individual, but it’s so difficult just to get out or find what I can have etc.

I hope you understand where I'm coming from. I’d like to get back in some of the game. Those out there need to know & see a disabled is a person, too. A normal person, only injured no matter how, terminal or otherwise. I just want to get on with my life.............thank you for your time.
