I am disabled emotionally and physically. I work, but I am invisible from my family of origin and from my marriage and also from my employer. My clients see me ... a couple of friends.
I am in pain (neck, spine), and I am fearful I have meningitis of my spine. I do not want anyone giving a catheter medication in my spine -- which the pain specialist wants to do now.
My father, before he died, said I was invincible. I can't stop thinking about it. He was abusive, and I was battered as a child horribly and also as a married woman.
Please give me any help, discussion, etc.
Thanks.
Christina
