Handicapped man involved in life insurance scheme

Story

Hi, I sent you the email about my handicapped brother, Jeff. My great-uncle Speed Campbell was held prisoner by the Nazis for a short time in WWII. He returned to the U.S. as a war hero.

My grandmother's name was Ruby Campbell. Unfortunately, over the past 30 years we were never able to get help for my brother from any handicapped organizations. Until recently we had never heard of such places as Gallaudet Univ.

My brother is being used by his wife and maybe the authorities as well. About 10 years ago there was a very strange disappearance/murder case in Farmington Hills Michigan. The FBI did not even search for a body in this case. They had a tip that the woman was dead, so the case was essentially dropped. The same thing may be happening to us.

Contacting the FBI in my brothers case has yielded nothing for me. Can you help us with legal issues? Is there a way for me to take his wife to court. I do not see Jeff anymore, his wife has complete control of him. She has his money, paperwork, and identification.

To give you a better idea of my concerns, let me tell you about something else that happened to my family. Some 20 years ago Jeff's father, Jack Hoskins, was out with a prostitute (extra-marital). The prostitue had a child which grew to be a teen-ager and began showing up in our neighborhood. I now realize that this was an extortion attempt. I believe he and Jeff's wife (Lori D.) both cooperated in an effort to extort money from Jeff's mother. They may have forced her to sign paperwork which allowed the write-off of Lori D's house on Jeff's parents tax forms.

Once, in the German news I read about some cases of extortion in Moscow. The Russian mafia would find an elderly alchoholic who owned an apartment. They would go to him and ask him to sign paperwork trading his apartment for a better place across town. Once the paperwork was signed, the man was simply driven to a remote location and dropped off (sometimes he was shot to death).

Jeff's mother is elderly, and she lives in fear that he will be abused. Can you help us? We have no one hear in the Detroit area. Our so-called friends seem only to be interested in the money they can take from Jeff and the continuation of the tax write-off.
