Story

My story is about me when I was in a Texas advocacy group. I learned that, as a client and consumer, how the system worked with the law. And where you make sure that you get treated right with your needs that goes with your goals.

It took me along time because, when I lived with my parents, my parents somtimes would not understand me or my feelings or my goals. They are good parents. They brought me up right. Somtimes I believe they just over protected me -- were not ready to let me go.

Now I'm happy, married to wonderfull husband, Greg Ramey. I met him at La Casa. His dad was the owner. He passed away last Thankgiving. We had a real hard year.

My husband  is disabled, too. We're happy. We understand each other. We've been married a year on September 18. My husband is from New Mexico. His mother lives there.

Well, I got to go now. It's late. I need my rest.
